Satin Creditcare Network’s promoters will invest Rs 100 crore through convertible warrants, increasing their stake to 38.32% from 36.17%. The capital infusion will strengthen the lender’s balance sheet, support growth plans and aid its target of achieving Rs 32,000 crore AUM by 2030.
